Terms of Service
Last updated October 25, 2026.
These terms are between you and Widgeti.ai (“Widgeti”, “we”) for the widget library at widgeti.ai. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you don’t, don’t use Widgeti.
Your account
You need an account to save widgets. Keep your password to yourself. You’re responsible for activity under your login. One person per free account — don’t share logins or resell access.
Acceptable use
Don’t use Widgeti for phishing, malware, scraping other people’s sites, crypto mining, or anything illegal. Don’t ask visitors for passwords, card numbers, or other secrets. We can turn off a widget or an account immediately when we see this. To report a widget, use the “Report this widget” link on the embed, or email support@widgeti.ai.
Your widgets
You keep ownership of the HTML, CSS, and JavaScript you save. You give Widgeti permission to store it and, if you turn on a hosted embed, to show it to anyone who loads that embed. You’re responsible for having the rights to what you paste, including fonts, images, and code. Don’t upload malware, phishing pages, anything illegal, or anything that attacks someone else’s site. We can remove content or close an account that does.
Plans and payment
The Free plan is described on the pricing page, including one live embed. Pro and Business are monthly subscriptions charged by Stripe in US dollars. Prices shown in the app are what we charge; while a pink “placeholder” note is on the pricing page, treat those numbers as not final. Checkout can collect a billing address and tax ID so Stripe can add tax where the law requires. You can cancel from Manage billing (the Stripe customer portal). Cancellation stops the next renewal; we don’t refund a partial month unless the law says we must. If a payment fails, the plan can drop back to Free. Free keeps your oldest live embed on (with a small Widgeti credit) and turns the others off until you subscribe again.
The service
Widgeti is provided as-is. We work to keep it up, but we don’t promise it will be uninterrupted or that a pasted snippet will look identical on every website builder. Hosted embeds can take up to a minute to show your latest save on sites that cache them. Plan limits (how many widgets, whether embeds are included) are part of these terms.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Widgeti is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect damages, and our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Some places don’t allow those limits; in those places they apply only as far as they legally can. Nothing here removes liability that can’t be waived, including for fraud.
Ending use
You can stop using Widgeti at any time and cancel a paid plan in Manage billing. We can suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk. On request to support@widgeti.ai we’ll delete the account and its widgets, except records we must keep for tax or security.
Law
These terms are governed by applicable law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. A dispute is heard in a court that has authority over it, except where consumer law gives you the right to sue somewhere else.
